Lean Project Manager – Food & Beverages - Londerzeel

• Leads cross-functional projects to drive standardization, stability, and simplification in processes resulting in improvements in supply chain & customer service reliability and quality. This includes providing change leadership and utilizing Change Acceleration Process (CAP) methods and tools across assigned critical business initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to Lean and simplify supply chain and customer service processes in order to provide productivity gains and customer impact.
• Provide statistical and analytical expertise.
• Act as a change agent, systematically driving continuous improvement to make the organization more efficient.
• Present ideas, thoughts, and projects to senior management and get support on projects and Serves as a recognized expert and resource leader for process focus areas
• Develop rigorous control plans; working closely with process owners, project champions, and Sr. Leadership Team to provide leadership and direction on the implementation of lean strategies and processes and ensure improvement gains are sustained on a long-term basis and through a structured process.
• Facilitate workouts, value stream mapping sessions and activities to achieve project objectives.

Experience implementing Lean thinking in business processes (Supply chain/B2B Customer Service).
Green or Black Belt certified is a plus
Strong Project Management and Analytical skills.
Proven ability to simplify strategy into actions
Demonstrated ability to make decisions effectively and create clarity of purpose
Leader who has the vision and courage to pursue big ideas, encourage smart experimentation, and innovate to solve complex process issues
Strong critical thinking/problem solving skills
Demonstrated ability to motivate others and achieve results
